Requirements
- 5+ years of professional QA Experience in testing complex web applications.
- Expertise in Modern QA methodologies and test design techniques.
- Mastery of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile frameworks.
- Practical experience writing complex SQL queries for database validation (SQLServer, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Foundational test automation experience with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Ability to read and understand code in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Quality Ownership: Manage the entire QA lifecycle from analyzing requirements to release readiness.
- Functional & Regression Testing: Perform manual functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing.
- API & Backend Testing: Conduct API testing using Postman and validate business logic via SQL queries.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, isolate, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle.
- Process Advocacy & Improvement: Champion quality best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge, enhance team testing skills, and promote a quality culture.
