3+ years of experience leading and managing remote or distributed teams
Strong background in building and executing category strategies at scale
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail or e-commerce data systems
Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, modeling, and performance tracking
Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex, fast-changing environments and competing priorities
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Define and own the long-term category vision aligned with business strategy and financial goals
Identify and drive enterprise-level growth, innovation, and competitive advantage opportunities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing category management team
Establish category frameworks, processes, and best practices across the organization
Oversee category strategy execution across multiple product lines for consistency and alignment
Approve key assortment decisions, vendor partnerships, and product launches
Lead vendor negotiations and long-term supplier relationship management
Own category financial performance including revenue, margin, forecasting, and profitability
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
Present insights, business cases, and performance updates to senior stakeholders
