Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development
- Ability to elicit, define, validate, and document complex requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in Agile environments
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and modern software architectures
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in product-driven or platform-based organisations
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and user stories
- Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and engineering leads
- Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, user journeys, and other documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as refinement and planning sessions
- Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
- Continuously improve analysis, documentation, and delivery processes
