Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 5 years working with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as GRC, ITSM, SPM, and App Engine
- Active or eligible for a U.S. Federal or DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting solution design, configuration oversight, and implementation on ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CSA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on GRC and enterprise platform optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and validate requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead solution design efforts across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, SPM, GRC, and App Engine
- Partner with technical teams to guide configuration, development, and implementation
- Oversee testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Develop process documentation, solution design artifacts, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations
- Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow best practices
- Support change management and training activities
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to methodology development
