Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role in software or information services
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design within enterprise environments
- Ability to translate complex technical and business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and specifications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives and technical teams
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, system integrations, and data workflows
- Experience in financial services or regulatory/compliance environments is an advantage
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document detailed system configuration and business requirements
- Translate requirements into formal Functional and Target Configuration Specifications, ensuring accuracy and client sign-off
- Configure enterprise compliance software according to agreed specifications, standards, and best practices
- Support clients through implementation, rollout, training, and early-stage adoption of the platform
- Facilitate structured feedback sessions to identify issues, refine requirements, and surface enhancement opportunities
- Identify and escalate delivery risks while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to validate features, manage defect triage, and ensure solution quality
- Transition clients into long-term support channels following successful implementation
- Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve implementation efficiency
