Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java with experience building scalable APIs and backend services.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development principles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and system design capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience delivering software solutions in Agile development environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed services that support high-performance applications.
- Build production-grade software solutions with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical planning, and system design decisions across engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical features.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement efforts across development teams.
- Support the evolution of frameworks, services, and cloud-based infrastructure to enable future growth.
