Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend or distributed systems engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Golang or similar modern backend programming languages.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Experience building or working with complex workflow systems, rule engines, or highly configurable enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments; health-tech or regulated industry exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices that support high-volume, low-latency healthcare operations.
- Develop configurable, rule-based workflows that enable efficient and repeatable client onboarding processes.
- Implement AI-driven automations to improve engineering velocity, system quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure system reliability through robust observability, logging, monitoring, and fault-tolerant architecture practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Act as a technical reference point, mentoring engineers and promoting strong architectural and coding standards.
- Document system architecture and support technical escalations related to client launches and platform issues.
