Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in fullstack or backend-focused roles.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, including leading projects, driving architecture decisions, or mentoring engineers.
- Strong proficiency with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, greenfield, or highly scalable systems.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Interest in security, compliance, or governance domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex fullstack features and systems across the GRC product area.
- Define and influence technical direction for key product and infrastructure domains.
- Build and maintain high-quality applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Drive execution of cross-functional, multi-stakeholder engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Participate in greenfield development initiatives.
- Evolve engineering processes and systems to support rapid company growth.
