Requirements
- 8–12+ years of software engineering experience
- 3–5+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience owning customer-facing, production-grade platforms
- Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern observability practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end engineering delivery, performance, and reliability of a large-scale customer-facing telematics platform
- Lead the vision, architecture, and execution of next-generation platform capabilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product, commercial, and customer success teams
- Ensure system availability and operational excellence through monitoring and incident response
- Oversee large-scale system design including microservices and cloud infrastructure
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
