Job Details

5+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience in production environments.
Strong experience designing APIs, relational database schemas, and performant SQL queries.
Proficiency with modern web technologies, ideally including React and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
Deep understanding of system scalability, distributed architecture, and server-side performance optimization.
Experience working with data-intensive or financial systems requiring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced Agile environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in technical teams.

Lead the design, development, and optimization of financial transaction systems ensuring accuracy, traceability, and auditability across the full lifecycle of claims-related payments and operations.
Build and enhance scalable backend services, APIs, and data models supporting transaction processing, reporting, and system integrations.
Improve system performance and reliability across distributed infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and implementing long-term technical solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business and financial requirements into robust technical implementations.
Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards, and continuous improvements across the engineering stack in an Agile environment.
Support ongoing platform evolution by enhancing configurability, monitoring system health, and proactively addressing operational risks.
