2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, digital delivery, product operations, or similar client-facing roles.
Strong experience working with external stakeholders and managing complex, multi-workstream projects.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly write, present, and interact with U.S.-based clients and teams.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, prompting techniques, and workflow automation concepts.
Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams in agile or iterative environments.
Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
High curiosity and motivation to grow within AI-driven transformation and digital innovation.

Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-focused client projects, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, workflows, and actionable deliverables.
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to design and implement AI tools, automations, and prototypes aligned with client needs.
Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, maintaining momentum, tracking progress, and proactively resolving blockers.
Lead client communication including updates, summaries, and presentations while ensuring expectations are consistently managed.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve business processes and support clients in adopting practical, high-impact solutions.
