Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to balance technical depth with executive-level communication.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, production environments, and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience with project and issue management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or automation.
  • Willingness to travel for customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic technical advisor for enterprise and strategic customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, integrations, and business processes.
  • Lead technical discussions focused on scalability, architecture, and roadmap alignment.
  • Identify technical risks and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Support customers through platform upgrades and feature adoption.
  • Capture technical insights to influence product improvements.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools for productivity.
