Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related delivery leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery across large, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and enterprise Agile program execution
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams in complex environments
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate system design and technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery trade-offs
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong executive communication skills, including reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Experience with digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise-scale programs
Responsibilities
- Drive full program lifecycle delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Build and maintain governance structures, dashboards, and reporting to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Partner closely with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving mitigation strategies
- Support Agile delivery practices and help enable high-performing, self-organizing teams
- Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and decision-support materials to guide strategic direction
- Facilitate alignment across distributed stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
- Ensure delivery rigor while operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
