Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Agile program execution.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and architecture organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to support executive decision-making through structured reporting and program governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution, including scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and success metrics.
- Execute governance frameworks that provide visibility into program health, progress, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and subject matter experts to simplify complex technical initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities and organizational dependencies.
- Anticipate delivery risks and bottlenecks, proactively driving mitigation plans and escalation management.
- Support Agile delivery practices and enable high-performing, self-organizing technical teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, status updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority by building trust, driving consensus, and aligning teams around strategic objectives.
- Balance business priorities with technical constraints to achieve successful program outcomes.
- Maintain program rigor while effectively navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
