Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event technology, event production, or project coordination.
  • Experience managing event registration systems and attendee-facing platforms.
  • Familiarity with event technology tools such as Cvent, Swoogo, Stova, RainFocus, or Airtable.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven execution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Comfort working onsite at events.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of event technology and registration workstreams across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding registration platforms and event technology tools.
  • Manage project schedules, workback plans, documentation, and execution tracking.
  • Support the build and configuration of attendee-facing platforms such as registration sites, mobile apps, and session management tools.
  • Assist in onsite execution of event technology operations, including badge pickup, session scanning, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to established workflows.
  • Participate in client meetings and platform demos.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and support mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
