Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations, CRM management, or development data systems
- 3+ years of experience managing or supervising teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar fundraising and donor management systems
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one full CRM migration project
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of fundraising operations, donor lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign reporting
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and donor data regulations
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a development operations associate
- Develop and implement CRM and data management strategies
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure
- Establish and enforce data governance standards
- Oversee CRM configuration, integrations, and system optimization
- Lead CRM migration initiatives
- Build segmentation and data strategies
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements
- Serve as the key liaison between development and finance
- Conduct regular data quality audits and ensure compliance
