Requirements
- Proficient in SQL (BigQuery preferred) with knowledge of joins and nested schemas.
- Comfortable working with Python for automation and APIs, including Cloud Functions and ETL workflows.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying no-code or low-code automations.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
- Fluent in English and comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan from client onboarding through full operational deployment.
- Ensure each client's Flight Plan is properly set up, maintained, and generating actionable insights.
- Monitor the health and accuracy of each client's operational and financial dashboards.
- Build and maintain automations that connect platforms and remove manual work.
- Audit existing automations and document workflows.
- Experiment with LLMs and emerging tools to translate capability into operational value.
- Support leadership in evaluating new platforms and surface clear recommendations.
