Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
- Strong process engineering skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection and analysis of quantitative data regarding the operational health of the Practice Success business unit.
- Partner with team leadership to summarize data and qualitative feedback to help identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the business intelligence team to help gather and document requirements for operational dashboards and trackers.
- Help build presentations and data visuals to effectively communicate team updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain and update project plans for various mission-critical projects.
- Support the maintenance of project management tools and documentation, including project plans, schedules, trackers, status updates, and team playbooks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support on high-priority projects by tracking tasks, action items, risks, and milestone dates.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential risks, resource constraints, or delays to leadership.
- Help map out existing business processes and assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact and coordinator between internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day information flow.
