- Experience setting up, maintaining, and improving operational systems.

- Experience with structured communications to external partners or communities.
- Experience operating across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience navigating ambiguous environments and building new processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the operational layer of the NOP network.
- Define strategy and roadmap for operational infrastructure.
- Build infrastructure and operational standards for high reliability and scalability.
- Design automation and operational models to reduce manual overhead.
- Ship internal tooling to improve operator efficiency.
- Establish documentation and standards for the broader operator ecosystem.
- Influence outcomes across teams without direct authority.
