Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, or Data Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics across multiple business functions.
- Strong experience in commerce-driven businesses (retail, eCommerce, CPG, or marketplace).
- Comprehensive knowledge of traffic acquisition channels and site behavior impact.
- Ability to develop reliable forecasts for strategic decision-making.
- Advanced SQL and strong analytical modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with Heap or similar event-based web analytics platforms.
- Comfort working with structured data formats (JSON), event schemas, and data instrumentation.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling stories for executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define how data, insight, and AI drive decision-making across the company.
- Establish analytical governance and resolve cross-functional metric misalignment.
- Transform raw data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Build a trusted, governed KPI framework.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows at scale.
- Support diverse functions including Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations.
- Develop junior talent.
