Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Deep experience with React and TypeScript (strict mode).
- Strong experience with C#/.NET (minimal APIs, async/await, Entity Framework Core).
- Strong RDBMS experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ARIA, screen reader testing).
- Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end frameworks.
- Based in Australia with full working rights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features.
- Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across systems.
- Contribute to application performance, scalability, and security.
