Requirements

Technical diploma or certification in electrical, renewable energy, or related field (or relevant hands-on experience)
Basic understanding of solar PV systems or electrical installations
Experience with field testing, inspections, or electrical measurements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work independently on site
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
Ability to work in outdoor and demanding environments
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Basic awareness of safety standards and site protocols

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections of solar PV installations to verify construction quality and compliance
Conduct visual and electrical testing following standardized protocols
Validate field measurements and test data ensuring alignment with site conditions
Identify, document, and track defects, deviations, and safety issues
Support performance testing activities including IV curve tracing, EL imaging, and thermographic inspections
Operate and maintain field equipment
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams
Participate in site meetings and communicate findings clearly
Contribute to field reports and technical documentation
Support collection and preliminary review of PR measurements and performance indicators
