Requirements

  • 5+ years in a paid media or digital marketing position.
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of data interpretation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, optimize, and monitor day-to-day Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and recommend changes to improve ROAS and CTR.
  • Compile and interpret performance reports to inform next steps.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the Paid Media Lead and stakeholders.
  • Provide input on ad concepts and collaborate with copywriters/designers.
  • Participate in campaign planning sessions and stay updated on platform algorithms.
  • Improve marketing automation processes using tools like Zapier, Hubspot, and Airtable.
