Requirements
- 5+ years in a paid media or digital marketing position.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of data interpretation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Launch, optimize, and monitor day-to-day Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and recommend changes to improve ROAS and CTR.
- Compile and interpret performance reports to inform next steps.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Paid Media Lead and stakeholders.
- Provide input on ad concepts and collaborate with copywriters/designers.
- Participate in campaign planning sessions and stay updated on platform algorithms.
- Improve marketing automation processes using tools like Zapier, Hubspot, and Airtable.
