Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing and managing CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, CRM management, lead scoring, and list segmentation
  • Ability to design and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
  • Advanced/Bilingual English level
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Sales and Marketing Hubs, including data migration, custom property creation, and initial setup.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automated workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Optimize sales pipelines, configure deal stages, and collaborate with sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
