Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and managing CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, CRM management, lead scoring, and list segmentation
- Ability to design and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot
- HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
- Advanced/Bilingual English level
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Sales and Marketing Hubs, including data migration, custom property creation, and initial setup.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automated workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
- Optimize sales pipelines, configure deal stages, and collaborate with sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports.
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify) and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
