Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, engineering, MIS, computer science preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems.
- Experience with quality metrics, defect analysis, and software industry data collection techniques.
- Experience with software development methodologies and quality frameworks (e.g., SEI/CMM, ISO 9000).
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Experience with software test science, test tools, and QA principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments.
- Demonstrated adaptability to change and deadline-driven delivery.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project-specific quality assurance strategies, plans, documentation, and metrics.
- Conduct quality assessments and evaluations to determine process and product compliance.
- Document findings and escalate unresolved issues.
- Review work products, analyze defects and quality metrics, and research solutions.
- Implement approved quality improvements.
- Lead and support quality programs, audits, process improvements, and training.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced QA personnel.
