Requirements
- College degree in business, finance, insurance, or related areas.
- 5+ years of industry experience in Securities.
- Training experience in Securities subject matter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in online delivery methods including Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage teachers to ensure excellent standardized delivery for classroom courses, coaching calls, and InstructorLink.
- Collaborate with the Classroom Operations team on instructor selection and class assignments.
- Analyze instructor evaluations, student feedback, and other metrics to support performance and development.
- Accurately manage payroll for all direct reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors.
- Work with the Teacher Recruitment Team to oversee interviewing, onboarding, and training of new teachers.
- Collect content feedback from instructors and share with the product team.
- Communicate product updates and changes to instructors.
- Participate in client calls with Sales as an Academic SME.
- Teach classes occasionally as needed.
