Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role within a staffing agency, professional services firm, or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruiting tools and methodologies to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and leverage a network of talent sources.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from identification to offer negotiation.
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
