Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role within a staffing agency, professional services firm, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.

  • Utilize various recruiting tools and methodologies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and leverage a network of talent sources.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from identification to offer negotiation.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
