Outpatient Therapy Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Recruit for outpatient rehabilitation positions including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and Hand Therapists.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active healthcare candidates.
Manage multiple requisitions across several states while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide recruiting guidance.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
