5+ years in product research, UX research, or customer discovery in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Track record of synthesising across multiple personas and product surfaces into actionable opportunity maps.
Demonstrated experience working directly with strategic PMs or product leadership.
Disciplined approach to distinguishing insight from narrative.
Strong async written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Run 2–4 structured customer discovery conversations per week.
Build and maintain live opportunity maps updated as signal shifts.
Work with Outcome DRIs to translate research into direction briefs.
Own the failure library of customer value hurdles.
Run the monthly FDE synthesis ritual.
Run monthly holistic end-to-end validation sessions.
