Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, or senior care preferred.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents, custom GPTs, and chatbots.
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize end-to-end automated business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer and high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Quiet, professional workspace with a noise-canceling headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
- Build and manage AI assistants using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and similar tools.
- Create automated workflows using Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and other platforms.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM systems and business software.
- Develop AI-powered SOPs, knowledge bases, and documentation.
- Analyze workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs.
- Streamline recruiting and onboarding processes through automation.
- Support leadership with strategic projects and technology initiatives.
