Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in media intelligence, social listening, corporate communications, marketing analytics, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong expertise with social listening and media intelligence platforms such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or equivalent tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets and translate them into business-ready insights.
  • Experience working across global markets with strong cultural awareness, particularly across India and North America.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the tracking of global media coverage and social conversations, analyzing brand sentiment, share of voice, and emerging narrative trends across key markets.
  • Transform large-scale social listening and media intelligence data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, marketing, and communications teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and strategy teams to align intelligence outputs with broader business objectives and campaigns.
  • Define and maintain KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of global PR, media, and social media initiatives, ensuring continuous optimization.
