  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, Figma, or scheduling platforms is an advantage.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI tools, automation, and modern marketing workflows.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate and improve content quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of social media activities by publishing content across key channels, engaging with relevant SaaS and product communities, and maintaining consistent brand presence.
  • Assist in managing partnerships with SaaS companies, influencers, and industry professionals to support co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
  • Research and coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities to increase brand exposure.
  • Repurpose long-form content such as blogs, webinars, and guides into short-form assets for social media, newsletters, and other distribution channels.
  • Assist in writing and editing marketing copy for product updates, landing pages, and announcements, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
  • Support online PR efforts by identifying media opportunities, submitting PR pitches, and listing the company on relevant platforms and directories.
  • Experiment with and suggest new AI tools, automation workflows, and distribution strategies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
