Requirements

  • Technical background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Basic to solid experience with CAD/CAM systems and familiarity with CNC machining processes; knowledge of hyperMILL is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of mechanical principles and industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams regarding technical inquiries related to CAD/CAM software and CNC machining applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on NC programming, CNC machines, and control systems to ensure efficient and accurate software usage.
  • Manage, analyze, and track incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout the support process.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to contribute feedback and insights for the continuous improvement of CAD/CAM solutions such as hyperMILL.
  • Support customers in optimizing software usage by delivering structured troubleshooting and application assistance.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing.
