- 8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, website optimization, or growth marketing.
- Proven success in a SaaS, fintech, or product-led growth environment.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, website optimization, and CRO.
- Strong understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search, and the future of digital discovery.
- Experience with analytics, experimentation, and SEO platforms.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic growth initiatives across SEO, AI search, and owned digital experiences.
- Develop Wave's approach to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Monitor shifts in search and discovery behaviour, identifying opportunities to strengthen Wave’s visibility.
- Own the website strategy, roadmap, and performance across Wave’s digital properties.
- Build and lead a robust experimentation program focused on improving conversion rates.
- Lead technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, and content optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to create search-informed content.
