Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in consulting, infrastructure strategy, or federal program delivery.
- Experience working with or within federal agencies like MARAD, DOT, DOE, or EPA.
- Experience supporting federal grants, loans, or clean technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
- Experience developing scopes of work, budgets, and project strategies.
- Strong strategic writing skills for grant narratives, white papers, and policy memos.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience mentoring staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own project strategy and execution, managing scope, budget, and schedule.
- Serve as the primary client relationship owner.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction and oversight.
- Develop federal program strategies for clean energy, transportation, and manufacturing sectors.
- Author competitive state and federal grant applications.
- Deliver technical assistance for federally funded programs.
- Translate complex federal NOFOs and guidance into actionable recommendations.
- Generate and maintain billable work through internal and external relationship management.
- Mentor team members through collaborative work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align project execution with organizational strategy.
