- LSA level: minimum 5 years of experience with the Pega platform and proven experience as an LSA
- Hands-on experience with Pega UI Constellation in production projects
- Strong knowledge of Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
- Experience with Pega 8.x platform
- Experience working in cloud environments
- Knowledge of integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and MQ
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and conducting workshops
- PEGA certifications (SSA or LSA)
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing solutions based on the Pega platform
- Designing solution architecture
- Ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices
- Collaborating with business stakeholders during requirements gathering and analysis
- Conducting workshops and technical consultations
- Mentoring less experienced developers
