Requirements

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B1/B2 level).
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (bonus).
- Experience in the gaming industry (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to translate business objectives into product roadmaps.
- Maintain roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Continuously assess and refine roadmaps based on market trends and feedback.
- Act as first-line support for client game tickets.
- Communicate with clients to adjust roadmaps based on evolving needs.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and problem resolution to minimize downtime.
- Use SQL to extract data for analytical purposes and decision support.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment.
