Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B1/B2 level).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (bonus).
  • Experience in the gaming industry (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to translate business objectives into product roadmaps.
  • Maintain roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously assess and refine roadmaps based on market trends and feedback.
  • Act as first-line support for client game tickets.
  • Communicate with clients to adjust roadmaps based on evolving needs.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and problem resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Use SQL to extract data for analytical purposes and decision support.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment.
