Requirements
- Proven high performance on USMLE or COMLEX exams (COMLEX 650+).
- Ability to provide specific score reports (e.g., USMLE Step 1/2 >90th percentile or NBME CBSSA >250).
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience.
- Ability to break down complex medical material for students.
- Confidence using a webcam and penpad for virtual instruction.
- Understanding of standardized test-taking strategies.
Responsibilities
- Help future doctors achieve life-changing scores on the USMLE, COMLEX, or coursework through one-on-one tutoring.
- Serve as a mentor to your students, guiding them through their prep process.
- Contribute to the future of Blueprint’s med school tutoring curriculum development initiatives.
- Participate in mentorship or leadership roles.
