Requirements
- 12+ years of current security engineering experience
- Expertise in cloud-based web application security, mobile application security, and network security
- Experience working with product development teams during the SDLC using security-by-design methodology
- Extensive knowledge in the use of applied cryptography
- Demonstrated scripting or development skills for automation (e.g., Python)
Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside product development groups on architecting secure cloud-based web services
- Promote secure by design and secure by default development strategies
- Provide design requirements, architecture reviews, threat modeling, source code reviews, manual security testing, and cloud security audit
- Identify security vulnerabilities and assess risk in applications and infrastructure
- Own and drive the resolution of different security events, policy questions, and technical security risks
- Gain consensus on security issues using interpersonal skills
- Contribute to building repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks
