Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Security Operations).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (auth, permissions, network, data).
  • Experience using technical tools like curl, dig, and nmap.
  • Proficiency in navigating production codebases and shipping reviewed PRs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to security teams and CISOs.
  • Demonstrated product sense and ability to provide evidence-based feedback.
  • Experience using AI agents or automation for operational scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical support for the Praetorian Guard Platform.
  • Troubleshoot integration, network, and data issues for customers.
  • Develop documentation, video walkthroughs, and self-serve tools to reduce ticket volume.
  • Translate recurring customer friction into actionable product feedback.
  • Implement and ship minor codebase improvements and bug fixes.
  • Leverage AI tooling to manage high-volume technical support requests.
