Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing ops, technical marketing, or automation work.
  • Hands-on depth in workflow automation tools (n8n strongly preferred; Make/Zapier acceptable with complex builds).
  • Experience implementing and debugging conversion tracking (Meta pixel, CAPI, GTM/GA4).
  • Proven experience building multi-step email sequences in a major ESP.
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Basic scripting ability in HTML, Javascript, or Python.
  • Daily user of AI tools.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain pixels and conversion tracking (Meta pixel + Conversions API, GA4/GTM).
  • Own UTM conventions and debug discrepancies between ad platforms, CRM, and payments.
  • Build and maintain funnel and campaign dashboards.
  • Build and edit landing pages, opt-in flows, and booking flows in page builders.
  • Design and build n8n workflows connecting forms, CRM, Slack, and email platforms.
  • Set up multi-step email sequences, triggers, and manage deliverability.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate technical execution and integrate AI steps into workflows.
