Requirements

  • 1+ years in a clinical setting or member experience role plus a BSN, PA, or advanced healthcare degree
  • OR 3 years of professional experience in patient- or client-facing roles plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Must be located on the East Coast of the United States
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Passion for creating exceptional member experiences in healthcare
  • Aptitude for learning new products
  • Ability to break down complex topics and explain them simply
  • Strong emotional quotient and comfort dealing with sensitive topics
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch, personalized support to members facing medical concerns
  • Manage execution of time-sensitive member requests like expert consultations and physician referrals
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to the member experience
  • Maintain accurate records of member and physician interactions
  • Assist with new member onboarding
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in member interactions
  • Recruit new medical experts through targeted outreach via phone and email
  • Resolve member requests and support issues via email, phone, and text
  • Collaborate with Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver on project needs
