Requirements
- 1+ years in a clinical setting or member experience role plus a BSN, PA, or advanced healthcare degree
- OR 3 years of professional experience in patient- or client-facing roles plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must be located on the East Coast of the United States
- Experience with CRM software
- Passion for creating exceptional member experiences in healthcare
- Aptitude for learning new products
- Ability to break down complex topics and explain them simply
- Strong emotional quotient and comfort dealing with sensitive topics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, personalized support to members facing medical concerns
- Manage execution of time-sensitive member requests like expert consultations and physician referrals
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to the member experience
- Maintain accurate records of member and physician interactions
- Assist with new member onboarding
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in member interactions
- Recruit new medical experts through targeted outreach via phone and email
- Resolve member requests and support issues via email, phone, and text
- Collaborate with Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver on project needs
