Requirements
- Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, email marketing strategy, and marketing automation.
- Prior working experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM systems.
- Ability to build complex workflow logic and database segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently evaluate program performance and translate data findings.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Regional Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and operate with autonomy.
- Experience managing global or multi-region email programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end global lifecycle marketing programs, including lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and expansion workflows.
- Own the global promotional send calendar, audience segmentation, and frequency management.
- Build and manage marketing automation architecture—including orchestration flows and trigger-based workflows.
- Own email channel strategy and performance, deploying rigorous A/B testing frameworks and deliverability optimizations.
- Own email and lifecycle program reporting, building dashboards that track channel health.
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation models that enable personalized, relevant communication.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Sales to lock step with pipeline targets.
