Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or AI Product Manager.
  • Strong experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products (B2C).
  • Experience working with AI-powered products, machine learning applications, or LLM-based experiences.
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product improvements.
  • Demonstrated success driving product growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, or LLM-based applications.
  • Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or memory-driven user experiences.
  • Experience with Trust & Safety frameworks, AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI initiatives.
  • Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate user feedback, behavioral data, analytics, and market insights into product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experimentation.
  • Drive product-market fit validation through continuous testing and learning.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and long-term product adoption.
  • Monitor and optimize key product metrics and success indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and trustworthy AI experiences.
  • Work with Customer Support and Operations teams to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
