Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or AI Product Manager.
- Strong experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products (B2C).
- Experience working with AI-powered products, machine learning applications, or LLM-based experiences.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience conducting user research and translating customer insights into product improvements.
- Demonstrated success driving product growth, engagement, and retention.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, or LLM-based applications.
- Experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, or memory-driven user experiences.
- Experience with Trust & Safety frameworks, AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI initiatives.
- Experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
- Translate user feedback, behavioral data, analytics, and market insights into product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences.
- Lead product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experimentation.
- Drive product-market fit validation through continuous testing and learning.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and long-term product adoption.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics and success indicators.
- Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and trustworthy AI experiences.
- Work with Customer Support and Operations teams to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
