Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio in UX principles, user flows, and data-dense enterprise applications.
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-designer environments.
- Proficiency with component libraries (Chakra UI, MUI, Ant Design).
- Expertise in Figma (team libraries, auto layout, prototyping).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Material and Apple Design Guidelines.
- Strong fundamentals in layout, grids, and information hierarchy.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Experience designing for AI-driven applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to developer-ready handoff.
- Utilize and extend existing component systems (Chakra UI) to minimize engineering rework.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Conduct competitive analysis and usability testing.
- Treat developer implementation cost as a core design constraint.
- Design information architecture and layouts for complex enterprise/internal tools.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process.
