Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or SysOps role.
- Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production.
- Solid AWS fundamentals across compute, networking, storage, and managed services.
- Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
- Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Strong Bash scripting skills.
- Ability to debug system-level issues and understand Linux kernel basics.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems.
- Collaborate with the Security team to embed security into infrastructure.
- Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cloud costs.
- Identify and eliminate manual operational toil.
- Partner with platform teams to ensure API, MCP, and CLI resiliency.
