Requirements
- Experience building multiple AI-assisted automations or agents in a professional context.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering logic and AI agent quality testing.
- Experience configuring complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce object relationships, APIs, and data management.
- Ability to read and interpret basic Apex or SOQL.
- Proven capability to translate structured designs and user stories into functional builds.
- Demonstrated ability to self-test builds and document technical configurations.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations from the ground up.
- Construct intelligent automations using AI tools (Claude, Agentforce, Cursor, Gemini).
- Configure complex Salesforce Flows, Apex-backed automations, and LWC components.
- Read and clarify design documents and user stories.
- Self-test builds against acceptance criteria.
- Submit fully documented builds including test data and expected outputs.
- Address failure reports for builds that do not pass quality gates.
