Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
- 2+ years of experience acting as a sole QA leading a project
- Understanding of client-server architecture and modern engineering stacks
- Ability to use DevTools and API clients like Postman
- Practical understanding of manual testing in CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency at maintaining test documentation and communicating test results
- Mindset for risk-based testing
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy and processes for entire products
- Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features
- Identify systematic quality gaps and build processes to close them
- Own the documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking
- Partner with the PMs and TPMs to define acceptance criteria and manage release approvals
- Lead cross-functional investigations into complex quality issues
