Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience (if no degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of project engineering or management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications.
- Develop scope of work, plan schedules, and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
- Provide technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, and Customers.
- Manage direct people responsibilities including staffing and performance development.
- Utilize analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
- Act as a resource for colleagues and lead small projects.
- Convey performance expectations and facilitate team consensus.
