- 2+ years in a product, solution, or delivery leadership capacity.
- Experience operating in scaled agile environments.
- Experience managing complex, multi-team or multi-vendor solutions.
- Strong understanding of product management and system integration.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Owns and maintains the overall solution vision, roadmap, and capabilities.
- Defines and prioritizes the solution backlog across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Aligns stakeholders prior to development and manages cross-team/vendor dependencies.
- Ensures integrated, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery.
- Surfaces risks, tradeoffs, and impacts early to inform decision-making.
- Partners with architecture and engineering teams on integration points and non-functional requirements.
- Acts as the primary interface for executive stakeholders regarding progress and risks.
